<p>Il permet le clivage et la dégradation du <a href="Facteur_de_von_Willebrand" title="Facteur de von Willebrand">facteur de von Willebrand</a> intervenant dans la <a href="Coagulation_sanguine" title="Coagulation sanguine">coagulation sanguine</a>.
